Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be used to purchase any item in any Moss store or online in the UK. Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or sold to third-parties in exchange for cash. No change will be given when using the Gift Card although any remaining balance may be applied towards future purchases. Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the balance of the Gift Card upon full payment of the difference. We reserve the right to amend these Gift Card terms and conditions or discontinue the Gift Card at any time. Please protect your Gift Card and treat it as cash. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amount held on Gift Cards. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date the card was last used and for 30 days after the balance reaches £0. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
